Jake Sulsbury is the resident personal trainer at Texas 9. His career spans over 20 years as a trainer, coach, group fitness instructor, and massage therapist. Jake developed a passion for physical fitness during his time in the United States Navy. Now he spends his time helping clients develop and achieve personal fitness goals. Jake believes balance, functionality, mobility, and strength are paramount to any fitness regimen. Whether you are working on your core to perfect your golf swing, or just need some help shedding a few pounds, schedule a time with Jake and make use of Texas 9’s modern health center
